When you fill out the application form you agree to these terms and conditions.
They are particularly important in these strange times
Anyone not abiding to these terms and conditions will no longer be welcome to showcase with us in the future.
1.Do not arrive at the venue before your allotted time.
2.Make yourself known to a member of the team on arrival they will show you to your table.
3.Do Not Enter the Building until told to do so.
4.Do not come to the event if you or any of your household are showing signs of Co-vid 19, this includes a raised Temperature, loss of taste or smell and New continuous cough.
5.On entry use the Hand sanitiser and do so frequently throughout the day.
6.While setting up and taking down move as much as possible in one go to minimize movement and please be courteous and try to maintain a social distance.
7.Tables must not be moved, and you must not put anything to the sides or front of your stall. Tables are approximately 5 foot by 2.5 feet (this is smaller than you are use to but vital for social distancing, You CAN NOT bring your own table.
8.Items should where possible be bought in wipeable boxes and covered when on the stall if this is not possible contact with items by the public should be kept to a minimum.
9.Place all boxes out of the way once unpacked.
10.Stall Holders must wear a Visor type face covering (this is vital for customers who have hearing difficulties.)
11.You must remove your own rubbish. TAKE IT HOME PLEASE!!
12.Do not use the toilets marked for STAFF ONLY use.
13.No more than 1 Stallholder per table.
14.We will not have a café on site, so stall holders should bring their own food and Drink and remove any rubbish at the end of the day.
15.Try to stay as close to your stall as much possible during the day and please refrain from standing chatting in the walkways with fellow Crafters.
16.While we understand you will want to chat to your customers, there will only be 1 customer or bubble allowed at a stall at any one time please bear this in mind.
17.Please advertise the event as much as possible, let people know we are operating under Social Distancing Guidelines.
18.We will provide Hand Sanitiser and Antibac Wipes for you to use throughout the day and you may even be asked to have Sanitiser on your stall along with one of our posters asking customers to sanitise often. Please Make sure these come back to Little Owl Events and don’t go home with you.
19.Please DO NOT take down your stall until told to do so when we close the doors and Respect social distancing when leaving the building keeping your comings and goings to a minimum.
20.If you are not happy with anything through out the day our team will be around monitoring the event, please speak to them.
21.As with every event we cannot Guarantee foot fall, and in these strange times we have no way of knowing how footfall will be, so please bear this in mind.
I know this is a lot to take in and may seem a little harsh but we have to abide by the venue rules as well as the rules we have put in place to try and keep you and our customers safe , please bear with us its as alien to us as it is to you, but I hope you enjoy the day.
